Our Hiring Process
Application Review
Our office will review your application, experience, availability, and position interest. If selected to move forward, we will contact you with the next step.
Quick Phone Interview
If selected to move forward, a member of our team may contact you by phone, text, or email for a brief screening. We may ask about your experience, availability, transportation, preferred work area, and required documents.
Orientation
Candidates selected for onboarding will be scheduled for orientation. During orientation, you will complete required paperwork, review company policies, discuss job expectations, and receive instructions for training and documentation.
Background Check
Before working with clients, candidates must complete all required screenings and submit required documents. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, registry checks, credential verification, and agency approval.
